Question: How long does it take to develop a web site?

Answer: It will depend on the scope of your web site. But generally it takes anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to design and develop a web site. Most individual and small business web sites take 3 to 4 weeks, medium business web sites take 5 weeks to 3 months, and larger web sites can take 3 months or more.

Question: How much does a Web Site Cost?

Answer: This will vary based on the functionality of the web site, and there can be a broad price range depending on what is needed. Generally individual or small business web sites run $500 to $2000, medium business web sites run $1000 to $5000, and large business sites can run from $5000 on up.

Question: What do I need to provide if Cyber Communications does my Web Site?

Answer: This will vary based on what is being implemented in your web site. We will first need to know the domain name for your web site. Generally speaking we will need any marketing materials that you have used to market your business. Any images that you want to incorporate into your web site. All descriptive text that your site will need (we can do your copy writing if you would like). If there are going to be any forms on your web site that capture information from your viewers we will need to know what information you would like us to capture. To inquire about ordering a web site email us at info@cybercomonline.com  call us at 334-790-4733.

Question: Do you recommend full flash web sites?

Answer: No. Search engines cannot index full flash web sites. If you want to use flash on your web site, we recommend using it only in header or menu.

Question: What Do I Put On My Site?

Answer: That depends on the purpose of your web site. If you run a business website you should include as much information about your products or services that your customers would want to purchase from you.

Question: Why do you ask for a detailed system requirements?

Answer: To build a house you first need a blueprint. The detailed system requirements or specifications we ask from you help us develop a clear, cogent, coherent and useful blueprint for your dream web site. If there is no definite list of systems requirements to begin with, we would not know which features you might need. Creating or adding features for your web site then would become a confusing task.

Question: How do I update my website myself?

Answer: There are many different methods which can be used to update websites. If you have a small website consisting of just a few pages and will only wish to make changes very infrequently, then usually it is more cost effective simply to ask Cyber Communications to make the changes for you.

We can provide an on line content management system where you can either update individual products/pages/services or particular sections of your website. e.g. company news.

Question: How many designs do we get?

Answer: We usually provide one design mock up based on your requirements and concepts. After the initial mock up, we will make a reasonable amount of changes to it per your request. The initial mock up will be created per your instructions and the sample sites you provide. If you do not like the design which we have suggested for you at all, we will discuss further with a view to ascertaining what type of design you would like to see and create a 2nd design prototype for you.

Question: We want to sell our products online do you offer a shopping cart system?

Answer: We have a custom designed shopping cart system that will sell you services or products and connect to numerous payment gateways for real time credit card approval. This system has a powerful backend management system where a user can self manage their store once it is launched. If your web site needs an order form instead of a shopping cart we can also design a custom order form for your site.
